HTFC-III Backward Cabinet Fan

The HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise box type centrifugal fan. Different from the forward leaning impellers of HTFC-I&HTFC-II, the HTFC-III model uses a backward leaning impeller. This fan has been developed by our engineering technology center and Shanghai Jiaotong University based on the digestion and absorption of advanced German fan technology. It has the characteristics of low noise and stable and reliable operation.

1. Technical features

The HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise box type centrifugal fan. Different from the forward leaning impellers of HTFC-I&HTFC-II, the HTFC-III model uses a backward leaning impeller. This fan has been developed by our engineering technology center and Shanghai Jiaotong University based on the digestion and absorption of advanced German fan technology. It has the characteristics of low noise and stable and reliable operation. The fan has obtained the national key new product certification and is encouraged to be promoted and used. This product has two functions: normal air supply and fire smoke exhaust. It can operate continuously for more than 45 minutes at a high temperature of 280. It has been tested by a designated national fire product unit and has passed all previous type inspections. This product has low noise and stable operation. The fan has a sound level 18 dB (A) lower, and the impeller has undergone dynamic balance verification. The operating speed is low, and the vibration speed is less than 2.5mm/s.

2. Structural characteristics

This product has a box frame structure, a double-layer soundproof box body, and is equipped with access doors for easy maintenance. The transmission bearings are self-aligning deep groove ball bearings, which operate smoothly and reliably.

3. Quality level

This product belongs to the leading level in China and has been recognized as a national key new product. The Ministry of Science and Technology has special funds to encourage industrialization for this type of our company.

4. Manufacturing process

a. Impeller: Made of steel plate, the blades, front plate, and rear plate are all cold stamped, molded, and verified by a microcomputer digital double-sided hard support dynamic balancing machine at high speed. The balancing accuracy reaches G2.5 level or above, making the whole machine run more smoothly and have a longer service life.

b. Box body: It is a box frame structure with a beautiful appearance. The enclosure is a composite type, with an outer layer of color steel plate, filled with ultra-fine glass wool, and an inner layer of galvanized perforated plate, which has good noise reduction effect.

c. Bearing: High quality UCP bearings are used, which have a large bearing capacity, automatic centering, and a fault free usage time of more than 20000 hours.

d. Maintenance door: There are detachable maintenance doors with handles on both sides of the fan. The maintenance door is fixed to the box body using specially designed bolt combinations with pressure plates, making installation and disassembly extremely convenient.

e. Drive shaft: 45 # steel precision machined and treated with carburizing and quenching.

f. Belt tensioning: using guide rail adjustment, simple and effective.

g. High temperature resistance performance: For the fire-fighting exhaust fan type, the motor is externally mounted and completely isolated from high-temperature airflow to ensure that the fan cabinet can operate normally for more than 45 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.

h. Waterproof: The fan is placed on the roof, and the connection between the column and the enclosure is coated with waterproof sealant. When the motor is inside the cabinet, the junction box should be equipped with a rain cover; When the motor is outside the cabinet, a motor rain cover should be installed.

i. Vibration isolation: To reduce vibration and noise, the fan is equipped with vibration dampers for further vibration reduction (optional according to user requirements).

5. Parameter Range

The air volume range is 2200~205000m³/h, and the total pressure range is 140~2650Pa.

6. Wind inlet outlet setting method

There are 12 different air inlet outlet settings for both Type A and Type B fan cases, which are suitable for customers' installation requirements in different installation areas. The setting method is as follows:
