1. Product Overview

Based on years of successful experience in professional research and development of low-noise roof axial flow fans, the company has absorbed the advantages of similar international products, incorporated numerous innovative industrial design concepts into its design, and developed and improved the RAS and RAE series low-noise square axial flow roof supply and exhaust fans through precise calculations and repeated testing of model fans and physical products. This fan has significant characteristics such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, compact structure, and stable and reliable operation. It also advocates a new concept of people-oriented ventilation, suitable for supplying relatively clean air, and can be used in harsh weather conditions without rain or snow entering the fan. The RAS and RAE series fans are divided into 9 specifications based on impeller diameter, including 300, 400, 500, 560, 630, 710, 800, 900, and 1000, with air volumes ranging from 1470 m³/h to 54100 m³/h. Our company can also design and develop special specifications of fans according to different parameters and specific requirements, achieving the best match with the required parameters of the project to meet the requirements of specific working conditions.

2. Product Features

a. impeller: The "Clear Flow Series" impeller, optimized and designed using CFD flow field simulation technology, is made of high-quality aluminum alloy or PP material. This impeller has the characteristics of high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency. When equipped with reversible blades, it can achieve forward and reverse ventilation at the same installation position. The blade angle can be adjusted according to the air outlet requirements in static state, and can be used for both air supply and exhaust.

b. Fan supporting motor: adopts protection level IP54, insulation level lower level motor, can also be equipped with explosion-proof motor, dual speed motor and variable frequency motor.

c. Fan casing: Made of aluminum alloy, the overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50ms. Has good wind resistance.

d. Hood: Made of aluminum alloy, flat streamlined, modular hood with patented technology, lightweight, high strength, low wind resistance, and smooth ventilation.

e. Wind valve: adopts gravity automatic closing or electric driven opening and closing. The material of the gravity automatic closing air valve is galvanized sheet frame and aluminum alloy louvers; The electrically driven opening and closing damper blades are made of aluminum alloy insulated louvers, which prevent condensation and airflow back-flow, especially suitable for use in cold regions.

f. Fan filter screen: This series of fans is equipped with an extraction filter screen at the inlet, which can be removed, cleaned, and reused after accumulating dirt, reducing operating costs.

g. Installation and maintenance: The wind cap is assembled with a guide plate formed and bent by a dedicated molding machine, which is lightweight and conducive to the disassembly and maintenance of the entire machine, with low installation costs.

h. Smooth operation: This fan has a small moment of inertia and excellent balance quality, reaching the G2.5 balance quality level of IS01940 standard. The entire machine has undergone mechanical operation tests, vibration tests, and aerodynamic performance tests to ensure smooth and reliable operation, effectively extending the service life of the fan.
