1. Product Overview

While integrating numerous industrial design concepts, we have developed and gradually improved the RSC series low-noise centrifugal roof air supply fan through extensive precise calculations and repeated testing of models and physical fans using advanced technology and equipment. This product has the advantages of novelty, beauty, high efficiency and energy saving. This series of fans is divided into 8 specifications according to the impeller diameter, including 300, 425, 500, 575, 675, 750, 900, and 1000. The air volume ranges from 595m³/h to 44982m³/h, and the maximum static pressure reaches 1125Pa. Our company can also design and develop special specifications of fans according to different parameters and specific requirements, achieving the best match with the parameters required by the project to meet the requirements of specific working conditions.

2. Product features

a. impeller: The "Ouda series" high and low-pressure aluminum alloy impeller is optimized and designed using CFD flow field simulation technology. The front plate, rear plate, and blades of the impeller are processed through multiple processes such as stamping and molding, resulting in a compact structure with high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency.

b. Fan supporting motor: Use lower level motors with protection level IP54 and insulation level, and can also be equipped with explosion-proof motors, dual speed motors, and variable frequency motors.

c. Shell: Made of steel and treated with epoxy coating. The overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50m/s. Has strong wind resistance.

d. Collector: Adopting a precise Venturi tube design, it is processed and formed in one go to ensure that the impeller guide port fully matches the air inlet, effectively controlling the airflow organization. It conforms to the hyperbolic Venturi inlet of fluid mechanics, significantly reducing inlet noise and improving fan efficiency.

e. Fixed bracket: CNC cutting and forming, multi station CNC punching machine processing fixed holes, easy to install.

f. Transmission device: This series of fans adopts belt and pulley transmission, which can achieve a certain fan speed according to different belt configurations and better match the actual working conditions. The fan shaft has undergone tempering treatment and balance testing, and its first critical speed is greater than 1.3 times the maximum operating speed of the fan. The pulley is selected as a European style pulley.

g. Wind valve: It adopts gravity self hanging or electrically driven opening and closing type. The gravity self hanging wind valve frame is hot-dip galvanized sheet, and the louver material is insulated aluminum alloy, which can prevent condensation and airflow back-flow, especially suitable for use in cold regions.

h. Installation and maintenance: The motor protective cover adopts a buckle fixed structure, which is easy to operate and saves time and effort.

i. Smooth operation: This fan has a small moment of inertia, excellent balance quality, and a balance quality level of G2.5 according to the IS01940 standard. The entire machine has undergone mechanical operation tests, vibration tests, and aerodynamic performance tests to ensure smooth and reliable operation, effectively extending the service life of the fan, reducing noise, and minimizing vibration.

Note: The performance parameter table states that the fan speeds are 460r/min, 560rmin, 720r/min, 960r/min, and 1450m/min, and the transmission mode can be directly connected to the motor.
