1. Product Overview

Our products draw on the advantages of similar products in Europe and America, and through precise calculations and repeated testing of model fans and physical products, we have developed and improved the RVF series low-noise centrifugal roof exhaust fans with innovative design concepts. The product not only pursues a simple and beautiful appearance, but also pursues reliable internal quality, and more importantly, pursues a people-oriented new realm of human-machine interaction. The RVF series fans are divided into 8 specifications based on impeller diameter, including 300, 425, 500, 575, 675, 750, 900, and 1000. The air volume ranges from 1280m³/h to 53900m³/h. Our company can also design and develop special specifications of fans according to different parameters and specific requirements to achieve the best match with the parameters required by the project, in order to meet the requirements of specific working conditions.

2. Product Features

a. Fan impeller: The "Ouda series" high and low-pressure aluminum alloy impeller is optimized and designed using CFD flow field simulation technology. The front and rear blades of the impeller are processed through multiple processes such as stamping, cutting, and molding, resulting in a compact structure with high air volume, low noise, and high efficiency.

b. Fan supporting motor: adopts protection level IP54, insulation level F motor, can also be equipped with explosion-proof motor, dual speed motor and variable frequency motor.

c. Chassis: The overall structural strength of this fan is designed for extreme outdoor wind speeds of 50ms. The fan is made of aluminum alloy material and processed by stretching, edging, etc., which improves the appearance of the fan while ensuring sufficient strength, reduces the weight of the fan, lowers the strength requirements for the roof foundation, and has good wind resistance.

d. Wind valve: adopts gravity automatic closing or electric driven opening and closing. The frame material of the gravity automatic closing air valve is hot-dip galvanized sheet, and the louver material is aluminum alloy; The electrically driven opening and closing damper blades are made of aluminum alloy insulated louvers, which prevent condensation and airflow back-flow, especially suitable for use in cold northern regions.

e. Installation and maintenance: The motor and air cap are of a buckle type structure, and the cover plate is easy to remove. The air cap, motor, and support plate can be disassembled during machine maintenance. Maintenance is relatively convenient and simple.

f. Smooth operation: This fan has a small moment of inertia, excellent balance quality, and a balance quality level of G2.5 according to the IS01940 standard. The entire machine has undergone mechanical operation tests, vibration tests, and aerodynamic performance tests to ensure smooth and reliable operation, effectively extending the service life of the fan, reducing noise, and minimizing vibration.

g. Upper exhaust structure: The upward exhaust outlet has a wind speed of 5.0~8.0m/s, which can blow the discharged polluted air to high altitude (equivalent to connecting a 3-4 meter long air duct), which is conducive to better diffusion of the discharged gas. Especially in the case of a roof supply fan near the exhaust fan, this characteristic is particularly obvious, which can reduce the interference of exhaust on the supply air. At the same time, the special structure of the fan allows the exhaust gas to avoid the motor, thereby extending the service life of the motor.
